"I wouldn’t even give this doctor 1 star. Every time I’ve gone in to see him he does not listen to what I am saying. I came in with heat sickness and he told me how do you think people in Africa feel? I went in for treatment with anxiety after my brother passed and he referred me to the ER where they tried to hold me as if I were a danger to myself or others due to having anxiety attacks and depression. I just went in with a cough and this time he refused to see me and referred me to the ER! He is too old in my opinion and there is also a huge language barrier! I wouldn’t refer a sick dog to this doctor. The clinic itself is a whole other issue! The staff is rude. They have no respect for timing and scheduling. I have asked multiple times to switch doctors over the past 2 years and still I am stuck with Dr Hsieh"
