When you get in a accident they are quick to total out your vehicle then pay the bare minimum! Worse insurance ever I don’t recommend. "Received a phone call from a sweet young lady named Bri, from the 59 and bellfort location. She was just calling me to remind me to step into a local branch to update my credit card on file. She reminded me that I am almost saving $20/mth by doing this versus the amount i paid the previous month. Wow , what insurance company does this!! I am blown away by their courteous customer service at all times!!! ALSO let me add, that most times they have so many outbound calls to make that the young ladies are talking with a slight accent and saying their names so fast you dont even want to talk to them!!
