"just had my first colonoscopy at Saint Francis hospital as much as I dreaded doing it I gotta say the staff made a breeze. Dr. Cochran was a great. Very informative and courteous and his staff the girls, Melissa, Elllie Dawn Patty and Olivia were fantastic. What a stellar team."

"By far the worst hospital to go to. Been in the waiting room for over 2 hours with my pregnant fiance and people that have walked in after us have been pulled back before us. Then when we ask we are told no rooms available. Meanwhile I have watch to people be trans out to an ambulance. So how are you telling me there are no rooms available. Guess it's a good thing she's not dying"

"My daughter was treated by the ER doctor Wagnon multiple times for a chronic cough she has that turns into her fainting and not being able to breath. He said she was fine and wasn’t gonna die upped her anxiety medication from 10mg a day to 50mg every 6 hours. Which caused her to have seizures, nystagmus and hallucinations. I called 911 on 10/30/2023 because she was in active seizure for 10 minutes, emts got here to get her and she had been in active seizure for well over 20 min. They did a sternum check 3 times. Eyes dilated to 8 with no response to light. And DR WAGNON refused to take her as a patient told emts to bring her back home so they turned my 12 year old around and brought her home said she was faking. I took her to a children’s hospital immediately and she was admitted for 3 days and turned out it was due to the medication he prescribed her! 1000% do not recommend this ER."

"Today I got a call claiming to be a customer service servey to call back. Nope, it turned out to be a way to get people to call their debt collectors! Misreprentation of your intent and purpose through cold calling is not an ethical buisness practice. Enjoy your FTC report. Also, your switchboard immediately trying to get customer information without any way to confirm what entity you are calling is shady. Especially given your recent computer issues."

"The worst care I've every received, I'll never be back and I tell anyone who will listen to stay away like the plague. Went to the emergency room with a severe infection and was told that nothing was wrong with me even though I had a lymph node that was visibly swollen to the point that it was protruding from my neck. Went to Springfield because I knew something was wrong and my suspicions were immediately confirmed. There I actually received the care needed. These people almost killed me and they have the gall to try and charge $500 for doing the bare minimum for a billable visit. Simply strapped a blood pressure cuff to me and told me to get out of there. The 2.7 star score and many 1 star reviews say everything you need to know, stay away from this place."
