"I have to say, they have an excellent staff here. Everyone is so nice and professional. Because it's a health center, they have different payment options available. They really try to help people w their dental problems. They don't do unnecessary procedures. Like some places require. And they will not do any work before talking to you about how much exactly it will cost, and what payment options you have, so you can get the care you NEED and as quickly as possible. BUT! Be sure to keep your Apts AND be sure to confirm when they call you to confirm or txt you. If you don't confirm 3 days before, they cancel your apt. And it takes 3 months to reschedule sometimes. They are very busy and have many people they see and treat. So keep that apt and don't miss! They are a God send to many adults that have no where else to get help w their teeth. Thank you Columbian Dental! You are all so caring. Update Jan 2024: still the best care! Love them so much! Every person that has worked on my teeth have been awesome."

"I went in to have a tooth pulled. After atleast 8 months now they still haven't pulled it and only keep scheduling more appointments to take care of other minor issues to milk more money. After over eight months of pain and still continue to just cancel and reschedule appointments. Now wanting to send me to another clinic to get another referral to get more money out of me and still have not had my tooth pulled."

"They Lied to Me, After income verification, they told me it was 50. At check-in, they told me that the price is now 75 without notifying me before about the price change. The old lady that sat at the skinny front desk was nice, but the other old lady that entered later was rude. I took 2 hours off my job, and I lost money for nothing. When you call, make sure to write down the name of the receptionist and what they told you as well as recording the call because they aren’t taking responsibility. Verify your price with the MCPHD."

"Everytime they schedule an appt i go in for the appt and they tell me I have missed it. This has happened 3 times. They wrote my appt wrong on the appt card 3 times. This is ridiculous."
