"The absolute worst customer service experience in my life. These people are professional liars. As in the other negative reviews, once they make the initial contact with you they will abandon you. They don't answer the phones and will send you to another phone number to contact another supposed supervisor in a vicious circle like a dog chasing its tail. I would caution anyone even considering renewing with progressive to go somewhere else. They can't even contact their own team. Absolutely ridiculous. I would rate them -5 stars. Avoid this company they will try to profit from your misfortune, they are not trying to help you. George, Felix and Paul doing the circle jerk."
"Wasn’t my insurance company but someone they insured totaled my vehicle ., process very fast and staff was polite and attentive , they settled my claim without any headaches . I guess they are a pretty good insurance company even to the ppl they don’t insure"
"Glen Caudle is rude & completely unethical, only looking out for his self not caring about others at all. SO disappointed in this company & in Glen Caudle himself. 100% will tell everyone about this terrible experience I had with Glen Caudle & will be posting about it everywhere as well, so others will also know what kind of person he is & what kind of company could hire a boy like this."
"Glen Caudle is a terable agent, I made a claim & when I first talked to him he said "sounds like you were not at fault & our client was" now that it's been 2 weeks, Glen Caudle is saying there client is not a fault. Even though Glen's client said it was his fault on the that day @ the sceen. Glen's client was the one to switch into my lane (which was moving) and out of his lane (which was not moving) to get around the car that was infront of him; without useing any blinkers & giving no warning. Not sure how is goes from being Glean Caudel clients fault to not his fault when it was 100% his fault. Guess Glen Caudel should not give out his opinon when he his going to just go back on it in the end so his client doesn't have to pay. GLEN CAUDLE IS WORSTE AGENT EVER!!!!"
"Absolutely the worst experience dealing with Progressive. Terrible reps and disorganized. After an accident my vehicle was not drivable and had to be towed from the area, which Progressive was then supposed to tow to a body shop for the appraisal. I immediately told them the location of my vehicle, who to contact in order to schedule the tow. Progressive never scheduled the second tow to the body shop, meanwhile my rep, Njideka Kelly, was telling me that she had confirmed arrival to the body shop and my car was being reviewed. After 2 weeks of unanswered phone calls to my Progressive rep, I called the body shop directly for an update on my car's review. I had to learn on my own that the vehicle never made it to the body shop and was still sitting in the original tow yard. I requested a new rep many times because mine was unreachable and often uninformed - nothing happened. When a Progressive supervisor learned of the rep's mistake of the second tow they offered to help pay for the rental vehicle I was paying for out of pocket this entire time since this caused over a 2 week delay in the process - nothing happened. After a month, my rep tells me the day before I had an appointment scheduled to pick up my check for my totaled vehicle that I need additional documents beyond what was originally stated. This has caused another 10-day delay. Absolutely awful. Progressive will abandon you completely as a customer."
