"My son use to see Dr Rivera-Santiago, ever since he was about 2yrs old and here's now 7. In the beginning she was kind, patient, understanding..... She wouldn't rush us out. He's had several surgeries and procedures. He's got all kinds of allergies. And a speech delay. She would let me sit in the room and talk to her about everything and get an understanding. I use to even be able to speak to her on the phone! Now..... She won't talk on the phone, she has her nurses email me and she's never available for appts. They always try and stick me with a new doctor... Claiming Dr Rivera is out of town or booked. Then today we get there 19mins late for my son's appt and there's no one, absolutely no one in the office and she won't see my son who's sick. It's just probably a simple cold but with his medical history.... Really?? Not sure what's going on in Dr Rivera-Santiago life but the way she does things now is not right. I wouldn't recommend anyone to her anymore."

"Will never bring my children back to her or this facility at that! I had called for a referral so my son could get seen by ENT nothing ever got done so I had to make a appointmet. She always has to have the final word about everything and I’m always wrong about whatever it is I say. My daughter had fallen in the lobby and a medical assistant/cna/staff whatever she was ran out because she hit it pretty hard and they heard it. I was worried and asked if she would be ok, she said to ask the doctor. I asked the doctor and she rudely responds with I can’t check her you would have to take her to clinic. I’m just wanting peace of mind at this point. So after my sons doctor appt I walk out to hear the doctor say she knows Spanish, because they were talking about me. How professional are you. Never again!"
