"Front desk lady super rude. Cam in bleeding and she rejected for not having a mask on my face had to call my own ambulance. Got there at 5am for birthcontrol. Didn't get in till 6 they denied me service. So glad i joined for these amazing benefits!!!"

"Only one star for the nice lady that helped me get my medical results while the other dozen employees just sat in their office laughing and joking around. No professionalism from the moment you walk in. Reviews did not lie, this is the worst clinic ever. They do not care about you, they just push you through the channels. You’re just another job/number. I Was there from 0600 to 1300. Could’ve been home resting an hour early had they actually checked to see the waiting room(I was told to wait for my strep throat results that takes 45 mins) I waited an hour and a half. Eventually I got up and looked for an update(they clearly forgot me) but a nice lady helped. Some male nurse even blamed it on me saying it usually takes longer….. I was the only patient left( how doesn’t that take 1.5 hours?) anyway I ask and all of a sudden he has an answer for me. Tells me to go back to my dorm.. I’m here on TDY, feeling sick like a dog, been waiting hours for care. And this is how they treat you."

"Speaking for the service provided at Aviation/Physical exams department. The front desk was very helpful on getting you towards the right direction during your visit. **There is going to be a wait, but that is normal in a medical environment** Honestly, the wait was bearable and timely compared to other medical facilities I have been to. Immunizations and the Military members that are seeing patients are very personable and helpful towards your needs."
