"Dr Baldwin left my daughters g-tube stitched to her abdomen for over 2 months. We saw him for follow up and were never told her g-tube was still stitched in. We were instructed to turn the g-tube daily, causing her immense pain. The stitch was found at another’s doctors office, who called Dr Baldwin to take care of it. He instructed us to call his office who did not answer phone calls made by myself or the doctors office. Unfortunately the stitch was ripped out. I can’t imagine the pain that would cause a 2 year old."
