How does it make sense to not do blood work on a baby? Especially if the parents ask? THATS WHY THERE ARE ADVOCATE GROUPS. TO STOP PEOPLE LIKE YOI They forced you to finally draw his labs agter you already tried taking him away from us and WE COULD HEAR YOU TALKING TO THE OTHER STAFG ABOUT HOW YOU WERE GOING TO TRY TO MAKE DCS TAKE HIM RIGHT THEN. You tried to medically kidnap our baby when in reality we were right all along. So when his labs finally came back showing way off the charts I knew you knew you messed up. The way you wouldnt look me in the eyes and then REFUSED TO GO IVER HIS LABS OR CALL THE HEMATOLOGY ON CALL Also. My mother was a nurse for 17 years. So when you refused I had to take it into my own hands and grill you to have you tell me what his labs were so I could read them myself. How is it I had to read my son's labs myself and then you still refused to call for help. Guess what ms " in all my 22 plus years" HE HAS SEVERE HEMOPHILIA AND WAS VLEEDING. HE NEEDED HELP AND YOU ONLY CARED ABOUT YOUR NARRATIVE. We finally transferred downtown and thank God. Because they actually helped us. And within minutes had the dcs case canceled because it was clear as day what was wrong. There is something seriously wrong with you to be refusing to do babies labs. Your due diligence and service to the patient is shameful. You even tried ordering motrin for him when his labs clearly showed he could have bled out!!!! I wish you would contact me and apologiz3. Because I'm never going to forget the horrible doctor who almost took my son away WHEN WE CAME TO GET HELP."

"Just like the other review. This doctor is dismissive of parents and does not care to look further and do her due diligence to diagnose properly. She had test results for hours that clearly showed my baby had a genetic bleeding disorder for hours. We brought him in for a bruise that we were concerned about. But instead of testing his blood first and hearing our concerns she called DCS on us. However she refused to contact the hematologist or tell me if my baby was stable and ok. An advocacy group had to tell her to do further testing but at the point she had already called DCS and told us she didn’t need a reason to report us to DCS. WHAT A NIGHTMARE TO PUT US THROUGH. I begged her to look more into his labs which were off the charts and she flat told me I should follow up with someone else. THIS IS AN ER. YOUR JOB IS TO ENSURE YOUR Patient IS STABLE. We were transported to downtown and met an amazing ER doctor who was kind and competent. She looked over all his labs and said she immediately knew something was wrong and had the specialist on the phone within minutes. She also was able to help us with DCS considering she had the results directly proving why he had such a wild looking bruise. I am a mandated reporter and this was so out of line. The doctor at the other ER said she’d be filing a formal complaint with the hospital on our behalf and we will be too. She traumatized our family for no reason and withheld information delaying diagnosis probably because she knew she messed up. I seriously hope a review and retraining will help this doctor do better. The other hospital was so upset for us and did so much better helping us."

"I thought she was very sweet and straight to the point. She immediately new what my son had which made me feel very confident. Great work and awesome attitude. I’m a worrier and she definitely was able to bring my nerves down."

"Wouldn’t recommend this doctor very rude and dismissive and only worried about money. 2 month old was sick and she stated she didn’t want to run a virus test to eliminate anything for me because they “cost $2000 so I don’t think it’s necessary at this time” does any parent want or need to know how much a test cost when there baby is sick and isn’t that what my daughters insurance is for?!? My child is 2 months old not 13 where she can tell me what’s wrong and has a better immune system. This lady should not be able to call herself a doctor"
