He was enthusiastically referred to me by someone who had Tom paint their cabinets, which they told me still look great YEARS later. I had him repaint our kitchen cabinets from dark brown to white. Amazing transformation. Tom was professional, on time and communicated all throughout the project. We relied on his experience and advice on paint color, handles, etc. He even installed "soft close" hinges on the cabinet doors, which was an affordable upgrade.
