"I wish I could give no star! This location has a male representative that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was having issues cancelling my service! When I called previously, I received incorrect information on how I could cancel my policy. So, I thought I could get better information from a branch. I was wrong, I called the one on HWY 6 and am left speaking to myself. He also rejected the phone call when I called again and it sent me to another branch. I was happy with Fred Loya and have never had a bad experience but employees like him HAVE TO GO!"
