"Every time I take my kids we must wait HOURS before being called into a room. Last time we were there, they asked if we had any questions. We did. The question itself was not answered, but we were given a referral. When paying for our visit, we were given a different amount. When we asked why it was different, we were told it was because we received a referral. We did not want a referral, we just wanted our question answered. When we complained that we should have been told that we would get charged for a referral, the doctor came back in to actually answer our question. Her demeanor and attitude was very different, like she was upset that we complained about that. I'll be switching my children's pediatrician."
