"Very poor experience, I hate when clinics schedule too many appointments at the same time. I had an appointment for 2pm but arrived at 1:40pm. We waited in one of their little rooms for almost 40 mins before I decided to ask what was taking so long. The nurse called the doctor in and when she finally came in it was already 2:50pm. I tried to let her know that we were only there for a vaccination but she wanted to question me about things I've already explained to the nurses and a few to her. She seemed very irritated when questioned her about the wait time. Either way she told me that she needed to go look into something and it would take a while. I ended up leaving at 3:15pm because I had to pick up my son from school. I will never bring any of my children back to see her."

"Dr. Chincanchan would not listen to my concern about my child . My son had several ear infections I asked several time for a referral to an ENT she denied my request and kept prescribing different antibiotics and stated that he needed to have several infection before he can be referred to an ENT . I left her practice for this reason . I my son saw his new pediatrician at the first visit he provided me the referral to the ENT my son needed ear tubes due to all the infection and scar tissue . I wish she would have listened to my concern and request . Instead she want to keep collecting my copay instead of treating my son properly and providing the best care . I would not recommend this provider ."

"She never acted very personable. Her attitude was very get to the point and get off to the next person. She always made us feel like we were wasting her time. I expressed to her several times that I thought my son needed glasses, her response was if he needed glasses I would be able to see in his eyes with my light and know if he should see an optometrist. I naively took her word for it. Flash forward, my son now has glasses and is nearsighted with astigmatism in both eyes. There has been several instances where I felt she just wanted to rush us out and not really listen to our concerns, like my example. In all I wasn't happy with her as our pediatrician. Save your time and find a different doctor. We did see other doctors in this practice several times and were happy with them."
