They don't over book and wait times are very reasonable (very important to us with little children) He treats you with respect, listens to your concerns for your children and relates so well to them. He is very funny, knowledgeable and knows how to communicate in a way that makes everyone comfortable. *He helped us to get our baby to sleep through the night with a program he developed... it took 3 days and as a result we were sleeping through the night too!!! We recently moved to SA from Austin and were expecting a new baby at the time. We were worried about how to find someone that we could trust with our childrens' care.
