"Great Pediatrician and always enjoy taking my kids their. She's great about delivery of feedback and great at identifying issues when they are sick. However, I'm taking off two stars because the old lady at the front desk is horrible! She's rude, talks down to people, and is insensitive about the questions she asks when there are other people in the waiting room. She clearly needs to retire. Unfortunately if she is still around in our next few visits we might be forced to find another doctor. She makes the experience THAT bad."
