"Dr Hernandez office and sapa was used to be a good place. Doctor took his time to check on your kids and explain everything to you. Now that this is CentroMed, the quality of the service has decreased dramatically, they don't accept walk ins anymore, you can't contact them by phone, it's impossible, they don't send / make the referrals, you have to practically beg for service. Clearly we can't count on them when our kids are sick. Sad to say but it's time to look for another pediatrician that really care about his patients."
