"To get an appt is almost impossible then when you get an appt you most likely will get cancled 2 or 3 times before getting to see the Dr. Really annoying considering the appt are booked like a month in advance only to be cancled and a rescheduled another month out. The office staff is rude and not helpful at all. My child needed tonsee a specialist and I gave the information to the referal lady and 3 different times she tried to send us to Dr's who DID NOT accept our insurance. That alone was like a 3 month process it was a joke. I think Dr villreal is a great Dr just the staff he has working for him SUCK!!!"

"I've met with two pediatricians here (both are phenomenal) as far as the other staff , the girls at the front have attitude. They are so rude all the time. Not once have I ever been treated kindly, it's almost as if I annoy them. I hate to say this but they show favoritism twords the families who appear to be of Hispanic heritage. I am Hispanic but look caucasian lol I also had plenty of incidents of them not requesting correct paperwork. Also forgetting to document things such as shots administered to my children."
