"after choosing a time online for an appointment, i waited in the comfort of my home until my time came. when i got there i didn’t have to wait, the waiting area was empty ( because of the appointment made in advance ), the communication was great and the staff was kind! i was treated for a sinus infection and all my questions were answered! highly recommend!"

"The 2 check in ladies went above and beyond for me. I walked in because online walk in time said 2 minutes but there were no save my spots available until the next day. They could see how much pain I was in and worked me into the schedule. From leaving my driveway, to being seen, diagnosed, antibiotics prescribed, and home was all of 40 minutes. "Mercy urgent cares are pretty much useless. Not sure what you'd have to come in with for them to take more than 10 mins talking to + looking at you. They were utterly unconcerned with a 104° fever when my fiance went in and I've had similar experiences with them. Go to Bell Health instead! We love them, their hours are just tighter."

"Their bad billing has us staring down $365 for a single rapid strep test. Literally billed the exact same thing correctly a month later, but they just can't seem to fix the first submission after many calls and back-and-forths with insurance. Do not come here. You will be robbed. There are a dozen great urgent cares around. This one isn't worth the headache."

"The staff was extremely rude. I had called because I had a hit my head and they said that they would get me an appointment and to look at my head and so when I came in, I could tell they did not want to help me at all. They basically told me we can’t do this. You have to go do this. They basically told me that I would have to sit and wait for an hour to meet with somebody. I really just felt like they were targeting me because i was young. I do not recommend these guys maybe you could actually give service to people who are in need of help or at least send them somewhere that they know they can get help. Stop targeting people just because you feel like it."
