Him and his staff are very knowledgeable, and they always keep you busy with different exercises/stretches if they are helping another patient, that way they are not wasting your time sitting around. The receptionist also ran my insurance over the phone before coming in to make sure I would be covered before I even came in. They are all very friendly and helpful. "June 2023, I received physical therapy at the North O'Fallon location. I was recovering from low back surgery. The staff at Excel did an excellent job evaluating my pain symptoms and coming up with a plan to help me. Brian conducted my initial exam. He was very thorough and even took time to explain the procedure that my surgeon performed on my back. I also had sessions with Samantha she was courteous and has a very calm demeanor. The facility was clean and had a therapeutic atmosphere. I would highly recommend this facility."
