They wouldn't release my child's medical records to me, they have horrible customer service, and truly are the most rude and uncaring medical professionals I have ever been in contact. I reported them to the BBB and am hoping this review deters any parent looking for a pediatrician."

"If I could give this place a minus and negative, I would. As per previous reviews, the office staff is not helpful at all. The medical assistants are rude and Dr Presenann is a very rude unreliable physician. I took my son for help with his ADHD and have had to go to this office in person because phone lines are never answered. The patient portal is a joke because no one ever answers back. I have been waiting for a prior authorization for 2 weeks now. My son has not been able to go to school today because of their negligence and in capability to help us. Don’t take your child here!"
