"I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are looking at reviews to decide weather or not you choose Dr. Nancy, I’m telling you DO IT! Dr. Nancy is caring, knowledgeable, extremely nice, she has a calm demeanor and is an amazing human overall. The nurses are so kind, the wait times are almost none. The place is clean, they pick up the phones and always get back to you in a timely manner. I had some issues with my breastfed baby not gaining weight and the support I received from Dr. Nancy was outstanding. She was not at all judgmental and was very kind and almost held my hand every step of the way. She gave me excellent advice and a plan to get her back on track. I can’t tell you how much this helped me mentally as I just couldn’t think because of how worried and stressed I was. Both my kids are her patients and we will stay that way for a long long time!"

"We have been going to Dr. Nancy for a year now and I cannot say enough good things! The staff and Dr. Nancy are very personable and allow us to ask a lot of questions. The boutique practice allows for same day appointments as well as walk-ins which is great! Dr Nancy is also very knowledgeable; my daughter battled a severe rash/eczema and she referred out to a dermatologist, however, the dermatologist continued the current treatment Dr Nancy had prescribed. We love Brio pediatrics and highly recommend!"

"I’m going to start by saying this was by far the worst experience ever. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15, I spent 40 minutes waiting in the lobby and 30 waiting for the doctor… the place was super unsanitary as you can see… the assistant (not sure if she was a nurse, because she didn’t know the difference between inches and centimeters) was super inexperienced. It was like 80 degrees outside and the AC wasn’t even on!! DR. Nancy had a lack of experience, she didn’t even put gloves when she touched my sons genitals… I knew I should’ve said something but I was just so furious cause this has never happened before so I was in shocked. I didn’t even see her washing her hands.. even if she did just look at that disgusting sink!!!! The floors were slippery and dirty. The whole place it’s just a mess. I will not be going back!!!! Please stay away from this place they don’t care about your babies health at all."

"We have been taking our baby girl to Dr. Nancy for 10 months, since she was a newborn. She is one of the few pediatricians who will do a meet and greet before taking in the patient under her care, that’s especially important for new parents! She is caring, present and knowledgeable. Dr. Nancy is so sweet to our baby girl. I also appreciate that she has ER experience while working at Children’s Hospital. And her office is open on Saturdays in the morning, that’s a huge plus!"

"Best Doctor, staff, and clinic we have ever been to. They actually answer calls, have appointments available, and are all around AMAZING. We love Dr. Nancy and her nurse Anna are always so kind, professional, and is very patient with my daughter. Dr. Nancy and her clinic truly care about your children.
