"First and last time here!!! Besides waiting an hour in the waiting room after my appointment time ( I was 20 minutes early, so a total of an hour and 20 minutes), the doctor spent a whole 7 minutes in the room with us. I had concerns to which she skimmed through. When it came to her acne, she told me to scrub and wash with soap 2-3 times a day. And put lotion on. She said I should be bathing her everyday, she laughed at me when I told her I only do it twice a week. She's only two months old. The American association of pediatrics said only up to 3 baths a week for up to a year. I tried to quote that to her, but she brushed me off. I will be searching for a new pediatrician very soon."

"my daughter had a bad experience here while taking my grand-daugter for shots. The nurse along with Dr. Leah A. Mercado were very rude and very disrespectful. Never in my life should my daughter have to go to a pediatricians office to be treated with disrespect and rudeness regardless of who they are or the circumstances. Dr.'s are there to help and shouldn't be rude like Dr. Leah A. Mercado. If she don't like her job or was just having a bad day and taking her frustrations out on my duaghter then she should not be a doctor....and should keep her personal business out of the office. no parent should have to be, humiliated, degraded, talked to like a child, ore disrespected. Dr. leah A. Mercado needs to rethink her values as a doctor and quit treating people like crap."
