"My mom who is deaf needs an interpreter for every time she has an appt. They have asked if I could come in and interpret for her but I have to work. It’s their job to find one and not rely on me so they can save money. They have told us they got an Interpreter months ahead before her appt only to find out when she arrives they don’t have one. It’s been multiple times this has happened. How do you expect her to have her eyes in the whatever it’s called and hear the directions? So frustrating for her. They need to do better!"
