"We've gone here several times, and every visit has been quick and convenient. Our most recent visit was today, a Sunday, and with the doctor's office closed for the weekend, we headed here. First, the receptionists were very friendly and so sweet to my little boy. When I walked in, the waiting room was pretty full. As soon as we got checked in, several more parents came in with sick kids. This was the first time we actually had to wait for a little while to be seen. But it's understandable. It's a Sunday and it's flu season. Better to wait 30 minutes and be seen that day than to have to wait until Monday and try to get in with his regular pediatrician *IF* they have an available appointment. Once they called my son's name, we were taken back to an exam room, and the nurse was so helpful and very attentive to my son. And she was very gentle with him since he was nervous about the swabs needed for his strep and flu tests. I wish I had caught her name because her bedside manner is amazing! You can tell she loves her job and she's definitely good at what she does. The Nurse Practitioner, Allison Trigg, was also wonderful! She explained my son's test results, went over what to expect, when he can return to school, and what else to watch for with his symptoms. Before we left, she brought him a popsicle, which he says was the best part of the visit. For me, the best part was not having to sit in the Emergency Department with a sick kid when it's not an "emergency". ***** If the staff reads this, I want to say thank you for working on the weekend. Thank you for being so gentle and caring with my son. Thank you for all you do!"

"Kristy was very aggressive with my two year old daughter. Wasn’t friendly from the start, and was definitely trying to rush us through there. My daughter has never had problems getting the swab sticks up her nose, but Kristy was very aggressive and seemed like she was quick to anger/no patience when my daughter tried to resist. She shoved the stick so far up my daughters nose while holding her down the stick bent. Wouldn’t recommend letting her treat your small children."

"4:35, not taking any more check ins after 4:30 because of high volume. There were two people in the waiting room. I just wanted a strep test. And the sign on the door said no check ins after 7:30, I'm not sure why the sign wasn't changed for this days time but it would have made me feel a lot less stupid if it was. Thanks"

"Took my husband in today for a back injury and he came out with a steroid. Steroids are for lungs ( prednisone )... still having issues and this was the "best" they could do. Instead of giving him some sort of relief we now have to go spend a few hours in the e.r. so he can get some help. What a joke. Bandaid station at best. Bending down to touch your toes is not a way to check for a injury. Some of these people don't seem too educated in the medical field and could use more schooling."
