"Dr. Shumate has been wonderful, she is so attentive and good with our baby girl. She doesn’t pressure the parents and never makes you feel bad about having a different opinion or being overly worried about your little one. Her nurses have all been wonderful as well. My only complaint is her schedule books up pretty far in advance but we’ve seen other doctors at MD Pedi when she’s not available and they’ve all been great to work with."

"Dr. Schumate has historically been a good doctor for our daughter but her scheduling and front office staff provide inconsistent information and are uneducated on how to manage her appointments properly. If you need consistency and a team you can rely on to care for your children I suggest looking at a more mature facility that trains their staff properly."
