"Had to change primary care for my elder one since previous doctor retired. Happy that we choose Kurian. Choose her as pediatrician for newborn as well. Excellent care. Quick response to messages on portal. Answers all questions patiently. There was wait time on one occasion, but that can happen when you are dealing with kids. Overall we are very happy."

"I took my son for annual check up, this Dr clearly mentioned that his growth is perfect and not overweight, she literally told me the growth chart is in the normal percentile. But she ordered blood test on which she put a diagnosis of overweight. Insurance not paid for the diagnosis, insurance told multiple times that if she change the diagnosis and they are ready to pay for it but she was very strict about changing the diagnosis. She never changed it. Their billing department also tried to tell the doctor but she never changed and finally I had to pay it. So very careful about her when you go for annual check up and she will charge for simple things. My insurance called multiple times, I called too but she was never willing to talk to me even after calling multiple times. Her office responded saying that she will not change. I have a good insurance but still I had to pay because of her attitude. Very careful about this Dr."

"My daughter had always enjoyed visiting doctors and dentists until she visited this one. There is nothing wrong with the doctor and staff, they are nice, but the wait time is painfully long, the facilities are outdated, the overall environment is not child friendly enough. Kids get bored when they need to wait more than 1 HOUR to see the doctor without any book or toy in the room. We got used to the 5 star excellent service from our previous pediatrician and our current dentist; from playful, funny, personalized bedside manner tailored to the kids, and effective, short waiting time. I hope there will be some improvement, I hope they are willing to learn that respecting patients' valuable time is also a big part of the whole treatment. We're rooting for their success."
