"The ProSource designer did a fantastic job on the design of my kitchen. But I was not happy that they over sold me floor tile & backsplash & charged me a 20% restocking fee to take it back. I was told that the flooring was a special order & was non-refundable although I was not told this at the time of purchase. In addition, I also requested proof & was not given any. But the fact still remains that I was sold to much material. Now the backsplash they refused to refund at all but not because it was a special order this time but because the box was opened. They sold me 2 boxes with 84 pieces in each box & the contractor only used 25 out of the second box, so I was stuck with 59 tiles. But they did refund me for 8 bullnose tiles that were not in a box, I received them from ProSource wrapped in Saran Wrap. I have purchased flooring at The Tile Shop, Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Lowe’s & etc. & was never not allowed to return excess materials & have never been charged a 20% restocking fee. I will not do business with this company again."
