"Extremely rude. Stated, apparently the medical people your son saw previously are not doing their job! I replied, I'm not sure what you are getting at,, or what you mean,, and that I just want to find out what's wrong with my son and for him to get better. Dr. Arndt didn't examine him whatsoever. I really just don't understand why he was so rude. Please note this is my own personal opinion."
