"Dr Santerorios told me my 6 month old had allergies for months when I brought her in and mentioned her eyes having gunk in them every visit. 5 months later she is almost one I take her to urgent care and they tell me it's double pink eye I knew it was an infection I even tried to get other Dr's opinions and they said the same thing there at the route 91. They obviously don't care if a baby has green gunk coming out of there eyes it's just allergies do better route 91 I'm not a doctor and could have told you it was a infection"

"Dr. Ho is an amazing Pediatrician. He is wonderful with children and takes the time to really listen to your families needs. He has helped us with many extra concerns and has always gotten back to us in a timely manner. While it can be hard to schedule visits (not his fault) I also see that as a sign that he is a great doctor. He’s busy for a reason. My family is very lucky to have him! My kids actually look forward to visits with him!"

"If you value your own time, go elsewhere. These doctors will keep you waiting for extended periods when they're running behind and expect that to be okay, but if you're a few minutes late due to traffic or other circumstances, they will push your appointment back by an hour and again just expect that you're okay with it. My time is no less valuable than that of a physician who doesn't actually even take any actions to progress the treatment of my child. All they want to do is make "wait-and-see" appointments to keep billing your insurance. I will take my daughter to another specialist instead of playing OSF's game of Bill and Reschedule."

"I needed to refill my son’s medicine. I called the office and they said there was a refill for the medicine already. I went to CVS they said the doctor never sent it? So this time I Physically Drove the half hour to the doctors office. The doctor said she sent it again. She should’ve just given me a paper prescription because when I drove back the CVS said they still don’t have it and Thanksgiving tomorrow so I won’t be able to get it then either. I called the automated system for help and 45 minutes later, a nurse finally calls me back to say there’s nothing she can do before she HUNG UP on me!!! Not only I’m I switching pharmacies but I’m also switching pediatricians."
