"I have a knot on my calf of leg. Dr Amy was great in getting me in and sent me for a sonagram eliminating blood clot. It wasn't thank goodness. Nurse called later told me to ice leg and take ibuprofen and call in three days if no better. Well this is what upsetting I called at 8am 3 days later and told them the how it was, no better. Nurse called back at about 5 and said she would tell Dr. I have heard nothing in 24 hrs. I'm really disappointed. I know I'm not the only patient and I totally get that. I really like Dr Amy. Things are good. I had no patience because of hurting"

She takes the time to listen, and hear what we have to say. We have never felt rushed. As a nurse, I know what a good assessment is.
