"Well I’m sitting here with my 94 year old aunt with a possible broken hip for almost 7 hours…in my estimation this is unacceptable. Maybe u could hire amazon CEO or Elon Musk to organize so that people can get in before they die in the waiting room. The girl sitting next to me has vomited the entire time.. I’m not sure what happened but I have never seen it like this here…"
"My daughter gave birth the 25th of August we came in cuz her water had broke at home, they did put us in a room but she was in ALOT of pain and they kept saying they couldn't give her anything cuz they "don't know if her water really broke" amd that they may send us home. I kept saying it was DEFINITELY her water it was another 2 hours be4 they actually admitted her! And finally she gpt some relief the nurses were great and the delivery went great but after she had him it was kinda like Ok ur on ur own kinda deal, they got her ice water like 2x the WHOLE time we were there, she never got dinner after having him I had to go get her something after we realized she wasn't getting anything from there. They kept telling her they'd bring numbing spray-never did, didn't bring in more diapers or wipes, didn't send any pads home w her n idk if it's different now but when I had her they gave me a diaper bag like a Similac one with little pre-made formula pacifier ect she got nothing so anyway I'm not impressed and I honesty wouldn't recommend anyone to del8ver there."
"L&D where absolute horrible I had an emergency c section didn’t know what was going on all they did was come into the room screaming at me saying my son was going to die and wheeling me out in the hallway after I had my C-section it got infected no one changed the pads that where on me I ended up having preeclampsia and no one knew till I told them I wasn’t feeling right! They refused to giving me pain medication I wasn’t eating there no none came to check on me the night on the c-section, you obviously had to have a catheter in well mine was pintch and there was so much pressure it was really painful then the nurse came in at 10am to check on me and she seen it wasn’t full till she moved it then it started to come out I wasn’t able to walk! It wasn’t a normal bikini one C-section it was the original C-section so to my belly button down! They man who did it shouldn’t be doing it anymore! I’m no longer to have a normal birth experience due to the way he cut me! The worst part is the doctors and the hospital didn’t even care enough to make it right"
"I was flown in for a major heart attack. The staff was nothing short of amazing. In my 60 years I have never had such great care and I do mean great care as I did at Methodist. I had triple bypass surgery and was home in a week. Everyone at this hospital is amazing. I wish I could name them all. They treated me like we were family and I will never forget them. Believe me when I say I love them all!!!!!"
"We have been in the emergency room at the direction of the physician for 4 1/2 hours. We came here for my dad to be admitted to the oncology floor. Every time the nurse leaves to go get something he needs, she doesn't return. When she finally does return, she doesn't have what she went to get. We were told almost 3 hours ago that his room was being cleaned. Then, it was how busy they are upstairs for a report to be called. My dad has a tumor in his sacrum and he has been laying on this cot for nearly 5 hours. The house supervisor came in early on and said they would put a hold on a bed upstairs. They are less than attentive and I am less than impressed. There is a serious lack of customer service and patient comfort. Seeing all of the other poor reviews, my guess is, they don't care what we have to say. I thought this was a "Magnet" hospital?"
