"I had an appointment for my first mammogram here. The front desk had a system using post-its and quickly to checked me in; it was impressive. I waited for only 5 minutes until my name was called; there was even a sign that tells patients if they’re waiting for 30 min or more to speak with the front desk. How thoughtful! When nurse Heather called me in, she was warm, professional and informative. I mentioned that this was my first mammogram and that I had heard horror stories. She immediately put me at ease; she stated that I would experience some discomfort but there wouldn’t be any pain. She also reassured me that she would walk me through each step. The waiting area had a locker with a key for personal items and a TV; one of the nurses noticed the show stopped and she asked me what I would like to watch; she was so personable. The doctor and other the other two nurses, including Ana, which assisted with discussing the results were also transparent, kind and thorough! They answered all of my questions and were detailed and patient. I am so grateful to have had my appointment here. The staff were genuine, efficient and kind. My only suggestion would be that they consider getting white noise machines to help create more privacy with patient conversations regarding test results near the mammogram machine area."

"Each case is unique - mine was no different. I felt that they took the time to do the imaging and sonogram properly and professionally. I was very pleased with my experience from intake at the reception desk all the way to seeing the MD during the sonogram. My visit was lengthy - which is necessary when they are reading the imaging ON SITE THE SAME DAY. Thank you for doing a great job - I felt well taken care of at my visit!"

"I thought it was just me, until I read all of these reviews. I cannot believe that this is the home of Susan G Komen. There is no respect for the wishes of the patient. Think they won’t force you into multiple biopsies? Or, tell you that you have cancer over the phone? Or, that they won’t force you to work with a “breast navigator “ that does little to provide information and often contradicts the surgeon? This was not a good experience."

"The receptionist and nurses were all helpful, friendly and worked efficiently. However when I got to the Sonogram part of my appointment and the Radiologist (Dr.). came into the room he acted like I was waisting his time being there, since my Mammogram results look normal. So he did a quick scan over 2 select areas to get the procedure done and over with because he already made his conclusion off my Mammogram. He then proceeded to lecture me on the key symptoms they look for and if I even seen my primary physician. My primary was concerned over my abnormal changes that meet his "key symptoms" and made the referral. He had no answers to my abnormal symptoms. Results that should have made me feel relief only made me frustrated and agitated because he acted like the Sonogram was unnecessary and decided to lecture me as though I improperly sought out medical advice and treatment."
