"Not going back! Make sure you bring a copy of your plan because they are not charging accordingly. They are a premier provider under my insurance which covers Everything except a $10 copay. They are trying to overcharge us $180.00. Our insurance company is going to call them. The lady was terribly rude to my husband. I worked in insurance and I know my plan. Please train this person properly."

"I was very annoyed and unimpressed when I was told to sit down and the rude lady will show me what glasses I can pick that will be covered by my VSP insurance. I don't like wasting money but I dang well can afford to buy what I like and I was never told I couldn't but anything that wasn't fully covered. I was given 4 pairs of glasses and told this is what im allowed to choose from. will report this incident to my insurance. I should be able to purchase what I want not what I'm told. I contacted my insurance company to inform them what a ripoff Gailey eye clinic is. My glasses came in they were handed to me and not fitted. I have a new pair of glasses that cost over $900 that fall off my face and can't wear."

"This was my first visit and everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. Everyone was very knowledgeable, especially the first young lady that went through the eye charts. She did a lot of work and very nice about her job. She deserves a pay raise. The doctor, second nurse, receptionist and everyone were very friendly."
