"My children saw Dr Webb. She was absolutely amazing. However, we had an incredibly difficult time with the referral coordinator. I have children with various special needs that have to see specialists. The first occasion that needed pre-authorization from our insurance was an extremely urgent matter. Nearly emergent. It took 2 weeks for the referral coordinator to correctly send the pre-authorizations so that our insurance would approve it. The specialist's insurance coordinator was willingnto be on the phone and help her with the preauth but was unsuccessful in her attempts to contact the referral coordinator on several occasions. It took nearly a month to get preauthorization done for an inhaler for my son, and mistakes made on referrals to the audiologist for my 2 deaf children resulted in out of pocket expenses as we could no longer wait for the referrals to be sent correctly to fix an issue with my daughters cochlear implant because she could not hear without it. In January 2023we received new insurance from my husbands job. They assigned us to a new pediatrician. My children were seen by Dr Webb in September 2022 for their annuals and we have not yet established as new patients with the new pediatrician. We have done paperwork but have not seen the new doctor. My daughter needed paperwork filled out to begin attending school at a special school for deaf children. Given that Dr Webb was the last person to see her and the paperwork is specific to her annual visit, I sent the paperwork there. I expected to pay a fee or something but was instead told that since the new pediatrician requested records she would not be filling out the paperwork and to have the new ped do it. I can understand but given what we had gone through and I had done so without complaint and with all smiles as I often feel guilty that my children have more needs due to their disabilities than a typical family, I truly felt that this was a small thing Dr Webb could have done for us. As a result, we will be sticking with the newly assigned pediatrician and I can not recommend this office for anyone that may need referrals to specialists."
"This place is a dream! Rebecca is amazing with my baby and is super patient with my lists of questions at each appointment. Nurse Nancy is a wonderful. She's very helpful and always answers the phone when we call for tips. We love this doctors office!"
"We have been with Dr. Butler for about 3 years now and have been very happy with her and her nurse practitioners. They have always taken the time to answer our questions and even on busy days I did not feel overly rushed during the experience. The office definitely earned my respect with their adjustments during the COVID-19 period. My daughter had a pain that we wanted to have a look at, but of course were worried about going to the doctor. The front desk had us call upon arrival and send a nurse out to greet us and walk us into a room where we met with the nurse and the nurse practitioner. The office made sure to minimize interaction between patients and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes with all of my questions/concerns being taken care off."
"Dr. Butler is amazing. She takes the time to see my children, listen my concerns and she always is available through the “Ping” app. She always answers my questions and yes, the visit can take more than you should spect but I just think that if she takes all the time possible to see my children she takes the same amount of time to see the rest of her patients. So no big deal if we have to wait a little bit more just bring something to keep entertained your kids. Nurses are great. My children absolutely LOVE all the nurses, they treat them with love and are very kind every time."
"The nurses here are terrible, and as anyone with small children knows, you often spend more time with the nurses than the doctors. The nurses are rude and not personable at all. They make for a very unpleasant experience. Today we had an appointment and they would not see me due to an error with insurance. They kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. They made me feel like a criminal and were not so discretely whispering about me. We will not return. Upon speaking with the office manager, the nurses being rude is a known issue, so other people have complained about it and yet there has been no resolution. This is all not to mention the wait times here have always been over 30 minutes, sometimes up to an hour. There are better places in the area, it’s not worth an unpleasant experience here."
