"I'm currently sitting in the er with chest pains and other related symptoms, I have cardiac issues and haven't been able to get my medicine and I was sent here by my doctor, I should have gone elsewhere. They let a girl go back that hit herself in the eye with a broom after less than an hour even though myself and others have been here 5 or more."

"If I could give this hospital o stars I would. Both times I had to visit here I had to wait all day "literally" just to be put in a bed in the hallway and ignored by the nurses that had to stick me with a i.v. nettle 8 times and they also forgot to give me the medicine they said they would give me until I asked twice for it and ultimately was told they couldn't help me and that I need to go to Peoria IL even though I explained to them I had no vehicle or family/ friends that could drive me there. " Twice now this has happened." Now I've been in pain and sick for weeks and just have to hope I'll be alright. Out of probably 9-10 hospitals I've been to my whole life this is the worse one plan and simple."

"Not a healthy environment for young parents… seems like every time we have a baby appointment it gets rescheduled 3 times and then you’ll get an old guy that touches you unprofessionally and good luck asking for a female doctor they don’t listen oh and did I mention they told the mother of my child that if we don’t do all the vaccinations our baby will be “different and not as healthy and or have psychological impairment” like what ****…. So moral of the story if you feel uncomfortable with your doctors just change because they won’t"

"There is a Doctor there an African American Doctor who was very helpful, actually listened to what I had to explain to him about my being sick & thus ordered proper testing plus a nurse who was very helpful with me as well & they do not always get the compliments that they deserve so thats why I am complimenting them here, also the X Ray people were nice & pretty much everyone was attentive and nice to me I am having very bad health issues currently but they did a great job in assisting me thank you OSF! I really don't want to be in a ER but they helped me through tough time, God bless you guys ~ need more people like you all"

"I required emergency care while out of town visiting my family. St Mary delivered exceptional care for me. Most all of the nurses, X-ray technicians, cna’s staff and certainly, Dr.LaHood and nurse Heather were top notch and exceptional. I received thorough compassionate care, good communication and compared to my home hospital in less time. I was there six hours, but a lot was accomplished. I’m relieved to know that this is such a fine care facility. With thanks and gratitude"
