"This place is AMAZING. Not only do you get a top notch eye exam, the doctor even takes the time to explain everything he's doing and checking for. He also explains how he intends to correct the problem. His crew is all so helpful too. They file all insurance forms for you, along with help with selecting the correct frames for your size and prescription. Will definitely return with all my family and any friends that I can gather."

"The office was clean and professional, very comfortable, and the staff was very polite. The pre-exam tests were all very modern and pleasant. Once in the exam room I was asked for health insurance to explore an unrelated issue from getting new glasses, by some woman in scrubs, and because I only had my vision insurance with me, I was told I can just pay for the additional tests and follow up with my provider - I countered, we could wait for the information to be current and then I'll get the tests. After looking at me like I was an idiot, I told her I've had this problem for 25 years and another week won't hurt. The look the assistant shared with the doctor as she exited the room...I've never felt so patronized. I left immediately. I hope that sarcastic look was worth an exam, pair of frames and sunglasses, and a patient with an eye disease that requires further care."

"I have been looking for a new local optometrist for over a year now. Based on other reviews I have read, I made an appointment as I needed a new pair of glasses badly. As I walked through the door I was immediately welcomed by my name. I filled out my new patient paperwork and immediately had my prescription checked for my existing glasses. I then had my pre exams and on to see the doctor. Doctor was thorough and explained exam results so I could understand easily. As my exam was finishing up, I was escorted to pick out frames which was absolutely painless as a very nice selection had been collected and almost immediately I knew which frame I wanted. The entire team of staff was very friendly. The service was very streamlined and it all took less then 45 minutes. Excellent service!!"
