"I am a diagnosed ADHD sufferer who just moved from out of state. My doctors office suggested i contact this facility as they do not handle psychiatric issues. I called this office on Friday to inquire about the steps involved with becoming a new patient. I told Kimber my situation and she proceeded to inform me that only 10% of the population actually suffers from ADHD and that they get calls "alllll the time from people looking for medication" I was literally trying to find out if I needed a referral from my doctor not be lectured about my condition that apparently they think is made up. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anybody and that was solely based off a phone call. I can only imagine the horrors actual patients must face."
"Only go here if you can afford it. Had a past collection from this place. Got sent over to L&M accounts (which they are right next door, how funny) and the billing department was no further help. Don’t go here."
"Worst clinic for support. Staff is rude. Providers are worse. All they give is judgement and try to trap you in a room when you ask to end the session. Feel sorry for anyone who has to talk to the lady scheduling appointments. Very snippy, very condescending and hung up on me. Worst professional."
"I have had a lot of great support from Southpark Psychology. I always have a great tone set for me while checking in for my appointment, followed by great one on one therapy from Tom Ashby. He respects my timeline with healing and building trust, gives great tools to be mindful of if you are struggling with anxiety and is respectful of his patients’ perspective, even when it requires further examination."
"Some things could improve with billing and the front desk. Multiple times the pricing has been wrong. One time I’ll get told I didn’t pay enough last visit. Two visits later I’ll suddenly have a credit. Makes me wonder every time if me or my insurance are getting taken for a bath. Guess I’ll never know 100%. But over all not terrible by any means when it comes to providers. I’ve talked with Andrew G several times. Some appointments I’ve left feeling fantastic, some I’ve left feeling like I wasted an hour. Honestly life isn’t perfect so I’ll accept that as a win when it comes to mental health. It’s not cut and dry. Same with Kate, we’ve changed things up several times trying to find the best fit. But I’ve never had an appointment I left thinking “she doesn’t care” like a lot of these reviews say. Offer information, have a conversation with her, greatly will improve your outcome. Without the billing issues I would give 5 stars."
