"Michelle at ORA PT was very thorough in my evaluation and was attentive to my concerns regarding my knee pain. I've always had good results at ORA and would recommend anyone needing PT to give them a try."
"1st visit, welcoming, efficient staff. Amber , was informative in explaining a plan for me. After question and answer session. Following with a physical exam of my range of motion of shoulder out of sling.I feel confident in my recovery."
"Arrived very anxious about first arm manipulation post shoulder surgery. Muscles were very tense and painful. Michelle got me to relax enough and to trust her with my concerns. During the PT session, she was able to relive my shoulder pain and apprehension. Was able to tolerate the treatment and look forward to recovery. I appreciate her comforting and professional demeanor"
"The physical therapist did a great job evaluating what needed to be improved and explaining reason for exercises. Happy with PT staff. The front desk needs to do a better job interacting with all family members and not just who they decide is the patient. I am POA and help my parents not become frustrated with processes. Also ensure nothing is forgotten or say the info in another way so they can understand and answer. The front desk person ignored me. Probably thought I was running over my parents. Not the case. Also, had to move car since didn't receive good directions regarding building location. Asked front desk person to tell PT would be right back since had to move car after pushing mother's wheelchair across the parking lot. Yes, I may not be the nicest when frustrated. But, ignoring me or not telling PT I would return escalates the situation. She was sweet to everyone and blanked me out. The one who is scheduling their appointments and ensuring they have everything they need. Maybe a class in conflict management or customer service. Both Physical Therpist did a good job. Just unhappy with reception desk."
"David does an excellent job of centering my physical therapy appointments around strengthening my ankle. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He is very thorough in ensuring that each session I have different stretches and activities that help strengthen my ankle. I am very satisfied with my pt sessions with David."
