"The manager was very unfriendly and when I entered with my husband, she pointed a finger at the assistant who was in training, to assist us and when the trainee couldn't, this manager was on the phone for almost half an hour before she asked the person on the phone to hold on then, told us that she's busy and can't help and we must go to another branch! After sitting and waiting for that long, wow, she was very rude and no apology whatsoever. Doesn't have customer care skills at all..."
"Definitely the worst place ever to visit I mean like as soon as I enter I said hello but she didn’t respond to that and I keep standing and she even hesitate me to say sit down. I recommend everyone not to visit there. One of the worst insurance I have ever been in."
