"Through the first few visits I was very impressed but the last few have been bad. First I had to wait over 30 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for each of the last 2 times. My doctor in in Galesburg only on Friday’s but twice in the past 2 months I’ve called on Friday and he and his nurse had taken the day off. Today he was not only off, but I wasn’t allowed to leave a message for him. I was simply told to try again Monday. Update:after 3 attempts I finally spoke to the nurse who said she would look into and call back later that day or the next, when I followed up the next day I was told the nurse and doctor were on vacation for 2 weeks. Back to OSF I go"
