"Dr. volety was so rude and disrespectful to me she made me cry the last time I was at this clinic. I'm a grown woman, and she talked to me as if I were a child. The amount of stress I still feel is traumatizing to this day. Words have power. And what you say and how you treat people sticks with you forever. I pray God has mercy."

"Great doctors but the waiting area is always filthy and they mix in the sick children from pediatrics with all the elderly. Be ready to wait a minimum of 30min- 1 hr after your scheduled time. So don’t worry about arriving late because you’ll just be sitting there anyway. Just wait until an hr after your appointment time to leave your house. Also, receptionist are all of bad character. Horrible attitudes and hate their lives and jobs. They should quit. If you have children that were with Dr. Baptist who retired, this place is no comparison. He was Heaven this place is the seventh circle Update!!! Things have seemed much better my last few times attending this location. The receptionists have been courteous and polite. Things seem cleaner and the wait time has been shorter! Only a 10-15 min wait! So don’t be LATE ladies and gentlemen! Doctors and Practitioners are still stealing the show! Bethany is amazing!!!"

"I do not recommend this clinic at all. They make you wait months for an appointment, even if your concern is urgent. I will never go back and I am now looking at a clinic in Beloit. Today I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes before my appointment even started. 2:30 rolls around, which is the time I scheduled my appointment that took months to roll around, and I hear a woman say she has been waiting already for an hour. Then, the receptionist states that Dr.Himm is already 45 minutes behind and not sure when any of us will be seen. This outraged me because none of this was brought to our attention till another patient said something. Terrible service and I already had to wait months to see her, and today I did not even get to be examined by her. I refused to wait another 2 hours to be seen by a Doctor that was 99% going to rush me and not give me the care I needed. Overall, find another clinic and save your time at this unprofessional and an a sad excuse of a “doctors office”."

"As always, the nurses at Swedish American are always stellar! Excellent customer service and always so kind and caring. However, our issue lies with Dr. Volety and her inaccessibility to her patients. Several members of my family are patients of hers, and all of them complain about being unable to refill prescriptions because Dr. Volety never signs off on them, being unable to get responses to their messages, and having to schedule appointments up to 6months in advance in order to see her. We have experienced these issues ourselves as well. She's been a lovely doctor through the years, but recently it seems as though she's gained too many patients to be able to care for them efficiently. Our health and wellbeing should be a priority to our physician, and we certainly don't feel like a priority anymore. I'm sad to say that we will be looking for a new doctor, and I highly suggest others do the same."

"I have been going here for a couple years, seeing Dr Boporai for weight management. I can't say enough good things about her. She is the best primary care Dr I've had in my whole life. I always leave her office feeling motivated, not defeated. She is so good at what she does, and knows how to communicate in a way that is not demeaning. She can be hard to get into to see, but she is well worth the wait. The nurses are all very nice too. I haven't had a single bad experience here."
