"Went here the first time ever. I have extreme anxiety . And when I asked to have them make a simple accommodation by leaving the door open staff refused while standing with hand on the door. I contacted the company to discuss and no return contact has been made. Proceed with caution. Rude and un accommodating ."

"From the receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner, we found everyone to be professional, kind and thorough. They made sure to keep us there until they knew it was okay for my son to return to home (and made sure we had access to getting what we needed to do that). "This was my family’s first visit to this office. And if you don’t want to read this windy post just know we Highly Highly recommend! Checking in the lady we encountered was over the top nice…our butts barely hit the seat in the waiting room and we were already being called back! The the lady that brought us back was super nice also! She took her vitals and did a strep test and said when it got done the doctor would be in to see us. The door barely clicked shut and the doctor was in and said the test is not done yet but she wanted to check her out quick first. She was ALSO super nice!!! Very thorough and explained everything about the medication she was giving us. Walked out and popped her head right back in and said test was done and we were good to go! I have 3 kids and have been to enough of these offices and have to say I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that we may not get through this fast again but if I would have had to wait hours it would have been worth the care we received and not just by one person we encountered but EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!"

"After waiting in line at Express care for over 35 minutes just to be told were full, I was sent to the walk in clinic (which, to be perfectly honest, I didn't even know was there!!). The receptionist was AMAZING! Seriously, so, SO friendly & helpful. My wait wasn't long at all & I was called back. I believe it was Kelli who took my vitals, swabbed me, etc.. she was so particular & very thorough. I couldn't have been more pleased with her if I tried!! Lastly, I saw Dr. Johnson, who was nothing shy of wonderful. She could definitely tell I was miserable & was bound & determined to help to find me some much needed relief! I am so thankful!! About 20 minutes grand total later & I was walking out the door & on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my scripts. Truly, such a great experience, especially when you're feeling like complete garbage!! I'd highly recommend this walk in clinic to literally EVERYONE!!"
