"As an employer they work you to the bone, break all sorts of hippa and laws, and then refuse to pay you fairly. They only see customers as a source of income and keep people that clearly need more help. Their training is a joke. Management is a mess and are bullies. I wouldn't send anyone to work here or use their services."

"Denise is a great therapist. Good luck getting through the incompetent secretaries. I had scheduled out a month in advance, because I have severe PTSD. I had to cancel 2x due to work situations. One week before my 3rd appt today, I called and left a voicemail. I asked if I could work out different appt times, but to let me know before making any cancellations, as I wasn't sure what days would be better. Today, I find out that all but one of my appointments have been cancelled. Not a good look on the professional level. It also leaves someone needing mental health help, in a bad way. My therapy appts are my lifeline. The office never once called me back. They just did whatever the hell they thought was convenient."

"They will only provide services if you are deemed to be an "easy" client, meaning you will not question anything they are doing. You also must not have any diagnosis that they see as being difficult to treat. They want good stats, so clients they can quickly and "successfully" move thru their program are what they are looking for. Don't look to this program if you out your loved are looking for real, evidence-based, competent help."
