"My child had to miss a whole day of school, as well as lunch, due to almost a 4 hour wait. Wait in the waiting room for 3 hrs then almost another hour in a patients room, where a doctor would usually see a patient, but always brought to him in another room to see him sitting there to see your child for almost 5 minutes. Always having to see a doctor after waiting for 3-4 hours, and only for a refill of medication, will affect a child's school attendance. This has to be done every month. I see a neurologist every 3 months and don't have to worry about medication refills. If you ask any questions about why something like that, to try and avoid school absences, he will blame it on how he doesn't call pharmacies with an angrier tone and tell you to see another doctor if you don't agree with it. Once again, it was only a question. The doctor is rude and could give a flip about any questions you may have. Try to sit back and only see him for a few minutes, without any questions you may have. It may cost you the loss of the only pediatric neurologist in Brownsville. He does not "care", as his written statement says."
"The amount of disrespect for his staff and his patient is astronomical. You would assume a “pediatric” doctor would show compassion and respect for children. I was his patient when I was a little girl and my baby brother was his patient over a year ago. Over a simple question this doctor goes to practical verbal abuse. Is it okay to be yelled at when a patient or parents patient asks a simple question because they see signs of any kind of disability. A doctor is THE person you asks these questions when you are curious over yourself or child. I have a voice for the voiceless! DON’T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!"
"Wish I could give it less than a star!!! I had an appointment at 1:20pm today and had to wait 2 hrs in the waiting area before they could pass me to a room. At that time I had to leave to pick up my son at 3:30pm. Staff doesn’t care about patients therefore that shows dr will not care either. I do not recommend this dr. I will travel to see a dr that cares if needed."
"Everyone in the waiting was complaining of their waiting we all had appointment time they even call you that same day early morning for you to confirm but be prepare for 3hr4hr wait no matter of you have an appointment or not. It's ridiculous and for the doctor to tell you that he needs land next time he'll tell you that he needs more labs."
