"My brother is at Rochelle Gardens. This place is just awful. The nurses are rude & argumentative towards family members. I live out of town & call the facility to check in on my brother. I thought this was a 24/7 facility. The phone rings & rings & no one ever picks up!! How are we supposed to know what is happening, I thought being a medical professional, you have to take an Oath, to protect others. Run from Rochelle Gardens & do not let YOUR family members stay here. There were NATS in my brothers room & when I mentioned, no one did a thing to clean it up. It's very disheartening that my brother or anyone's family member is being treated this way on there last journey in life. YES, I would like to file a formal Complaint with this facility."

"As a person who spent many years working in nursing homes I understand that is a very hard and frustrating job to have. However, I have never been in a place that when you call they just put you on hold or when you call back they send you to the fax line. What I have seen of the place about there's no stimulation. People gather in the dining room and sleep on the tables. Imagine being a family member of a resident there and not being able to get a hold of anybody. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but when they won't even talk to you or send you to the fax line to avoid speaking with you something's wrong!"
