"If you want excellent customer service DO NOT go to Diamond Brothers in Rochelle. They have the same I don't care about you apathetic attitude as everyone else in Rochelle. Can you get through on the phone? No. Can a service agent do something besides sit on hold for twenty minutes while you wait? No. They cannot do more than one thing at one time. It is a perfect example of the work ethic in this town. "I am more important than you so I will make you wait and wait and wait for no reason, just because I can. This is the same bad customer service as Rochelle Insurance whom they bought out."
