"These people are rude and dumb. They never used be like this been taking my daughters here for years but these past few years this place is a joke. If you want no answers, and to be told rest and ibuprofen this is the place to waste your money. Went here was told my daughter had sprained ankle well dad knew better her leg was broke. Brought my wife here tested for covid flu negative go take some Tylenol and sent home. Didn't look in my wife's ears or throat she was sick for 4 day with fever of 102 took her somewhere else chest tray and has pneumonia. These whole facility and staff are a joke.....save yourself the MISDIAGNOSIS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...!!"

"My original appointment was at the Machesney Park location. Unfortunately there wasn't a doctor available so they offered to set an appointment at Loves Park. Check-in was fast and easy. The PA was professional and courteous during the exam and explained the problem in layman's terms. I received a script and was on my way within half an hour of arriving. It was, overall, a very good, pleasant experience."

"I scheduled ahead online and showed up to the clinic a couple of minutes early than my schedule time the receptionist was very friendly and assured me that because I did the registration online all I need to do was have a seat and they would be right with me. They called me back and the nurse asked what I why I was visiting and took my blood pressure. I told her and she said the doctor would be right in. The doctor came in 30sec later and I explained to him what was going on and he looked in my ears and prescribed meds sent them right to the preferred pharmacy. I looked at my time and it had been exactly 9min. After my initial appointment time and I was out of there. Everyone showed concern bout me and did it in a timely manner best experience ever!"

"Scheduled an appointment the night before, filled out all the paperwork as well at that time. Showed up 15 minutes early for said appointment. It was nice they got me back about 20 minutes after my scheduled time, then a nurse opened the door surprised to see me in the room. She was pleasant though, took my vitals. I think they forgot about me because it's now an hour after my scheduled time and I'm still waiting. Don't try to do an appointment here during your lunch hour. They'll forget about you and make you eat into PTO."

"I went in with shortness of breath, wheezing, etc. Asthma attack symptoms. The heavy set secretary told me they couldn't see me due to a $38.00 balance owed from a physical from my job who didn't cover it. I was told I would need to pay it even though I don't have a co pay for my insurance nor any money. I AM BROKE. I had to leave the place even though I could not breathe. I then went to another urgent care in Rockford while having a asthma attack. The secretary refused to let me back because of the money. So much could have happened if another urgent care didn't take care of it. I spent six hours with doctors, getting treatments which could've been prevented If I had been allowed to see a doctor. Beware."
