"I love most of the people there. The techs are great and most of the desk people are great. But there is one lady who refuses to do her job. I always register with e check-in for all appointments to avoid registration. But this one woman insists on sending you to registration anyway when she is suppose to check you in. I was firm with her and told her she was the only one that insists on this, and she accused me of yelling at her. I do not want to go back there because of her. She really destroys the experience. I'd rather wait to be seen at the hospital than have to deal with her again. She needs training or something. It's a shame. But she really causes my anxiety to break through. Everyone else has been great."
