"One of the worst places my wife has ever gone to, they are backwards and out of order. The wait to get seen if your not a child is anywhere from a month to 3 months out. My wife has had a bulging disk needing a diskectomy and this has taken over a year to get situated due to lack of communication between front desk staff, and all other hospitals and insurance. Desk staff don't make sure your information gets passed on even if you walk in. Just recently as of Jan 2014 we had to push out treatment we have been waiting for for over a year now because the Doc didn't fill out the forms correctly for the insurance to accept my wife's surgery on top of them trying to schedule all her pre surgery stuff after therapy surgery date. This clinic or Dr wani just sucks"
"Doctors, nurses and office staff are great, but billing will rip you off five ways to Sunday. Report a billing error at the clinic and all they can do is give you the phone number for Billing. Call Billing and they will only say "that's what the clinic reported" and they refuse to contact the doctor or clinic to even verify. They know it's more trouble for you to change doctors and hospitals. I recommend immediately reporting billing errors to insurer before clinic is cut a check. I've had to do that on multiple occasions."
"The women at the front desk are the rudest people I have ever seen in a doctor's office. My mother is out of her heart medication and has been for five days after her doctor left and they haven't assigned her a new doctor despite her calling every single day multiple times a day (which happens so frequently, we've been through four doctors in six years) and they were incredibly rude and did not help at all. I have never heard a receptionist have such a nasty tone when speaking to patients. I would not recommend going to this clinic, take your business to a place where they care about their patients."
"I'm not 100% clear on the negative experiences recently. I had a completely normal, professional transaction at the front desk when checking in. This is a SAMG location, so everything is consistently clean and in good repair. Grateful to have a clinic so close to home!"
