"Waited 30 minutes to get into a room then waited 20 minutes to see the doctor. for working with children he's very rude even asked to grab my daughter away from him cause she was smiling standing still next to him. Only came to him since I was referred but I will definitely look for the next closest neurologist just so my daughter can be treated correctly."
"Super good dr! Explains everything really good. Front staff is very nice and attentive. Be prepared to wait some time. But its worth it!"
"In the valley we don't have many choices, yet my son has been with 2 other neurologist. That either weren't as aprochable, won't even try to find a solution or make you get referrals on every visit.. just making it harder. Came to this dr as my 3rd option kind of skeptical do to the reviews. To my surprise this is the first neurologist (from the three) that took the time to explain, even diagnosed what type cerebral palsy my son has. Yes..the waiting is long, but if that should tell you why are we willing to wait."
"Front desk is very rude. I was told I would get a call for my sons EEG results. A whole month went by and I they never called me. I called them to ask about the results and the lady who answered the phone was very short and rude with me. I would definitely not recommend this office."
"I felt the office staff and nurses were friendly. The wait time was a little long, but I think it's because Dr. Villalobos takes his time with each patient, which I understand. Some people complained about Dr. Villalobos lacking manners, but I didn't pick up on that. He struck me as one of those old and strict type of doctors that is serious about his job, which I don't mind at all. As long as he does his job well and helps my child, I could care less whether he smiles at us or not. He's very cut and dry, so don't expect him to be sweet or anything like that. I did appreciate how he didn't dismiss us and rush through our appointment; I also liked how he wants more testing before giving any type of diagnosis. He seems like a competent doctor, not rude, but old fashioned and strict."
